Each year, the Young Filmmakers Competition invites aspiring U.S. directors (18 and under) to submit a short film. Categories include Narrative / Live Action, Documentary and Animation. Films are judged on creativity, originality and artistic / technical mastery. Awards go to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Honorable Mention (2)  and Audience Favorite. In addition, a new award, "Michigan's Best" will be presented to the best entry from the mitten state. All juror decisions are final. Click on the SAY HELLO tab to submit your questions.
